The Panty Pirate

Yarrrr! It be a pirate, natural enemy of Ninja everywhere. Now we can hope again...two merely technicalities, however:
1. A parrot on the shoulder is obligatory for pirates, however, if the pirate herself is a parrot, it counts. XD
2. Only superheroes with the 'superspeed' skill (i.e. those that can move so fast that they aren't seen) should use transparent phone booths for switching costumes. Makes you wonder exactly what got the kid in the last panel so distraught...XD

Heh heh- precisely!! >;)
And here's a quick splash o'color for Miss Pirate fer you guys, since I was a dummy and couldn't do full color again today:
And being a ninja myself, you must realize the moral dilemma this has created for me.....

Not many people think to
Not many people think to coordinate their scarf and their panties! That's smart thinking! hehehehe...
The two on the right remind me of Sarah and Trixie, hehehehe...

is it me or is there a large
is it me or is there a large proportion of very unusual people living in that small city.
the next thing is how do I move there
Odd thought
Yeah really!
On the left side, under New Forum Topics, the juxtaposition of "The Panty Pirate" and "Sticky Stuff" is quite odd indeed. Heheh...

BCK is set in Lawrence, KS.
BCK is set in Lawrence, KS. It's far from being a small city. Not as large as say Atlanta or Chicago, but it's got a decent population

Hm... Well we're only about
Hm... Well we're only about 100,000 people, aren't we? Well, yeah--I guess we'd be a medium sized city, then?
Still, though, Lawrence is big enough that most people don't look twice at Forest's (the real life Wereferret) multicolored hair, my green semi-mohawk, or Shan's pink hair.

My hair isn't multicolored
My hair isn't multicolored right now. I really need to do something about that.
I guess when I think small city I tend to think more on the lines of Redding. Lawrence is considerably smaller than KC on the other hand.

KC
Heh, one of my best friends lives in Kansas City, incidentally.
I actually think Lawrence is a nice town too, despite never having been there in the daytime. (I've passed through it once and actually went *to* it once).

Lawrence
I have a good online friend who lives in Lawrence, who happens to be one of the most amazing girls I've ever known, just hope someday I could met her and of course I wouldn't mind visiting what seems to be a nice city ;)
Unfortunatelly atm I'm stuck in a hellish place too far away :(
Ninja or pirate?Didn't Rich
Ninja or pirate? Pirate or ninja?
Didn't Rich Burlew settle this one for us in Order of the Stick?
Ninja may have Real Ultimate Power, but pirates have monkeys, cannon AND rum - that's a Smiley kinda day out. :-)

You can tell the Panty Pirate is pretty brave though...
It would take a lot of guts to get that design over to a flagmaker, hehhehe...

Overlord of the SpamFleet (yes, really!)
:-D Heh! Yeah... I should
:-D
Heh! Yeah... I should see if we can get a panty pirate flag made just to see the reaction on the guy's face at the screen print place.

re 29th April strip "We don't have time for this..."
Where did the Panty Pirate get that sweeeeeeeet monster truck/sloop combo? "Pimp My Ride: Port Royal"? The "Batman Begins" Batmobile cries itself to sleep wishing it were that cool! :-)
pirates and ninjas and superheroes oh my!
I just started reading BCK like 2 days ago and have already read all the archives, BCK kicks serious arse... I love the character play, and the art is great and totally fitting (keep up the great work shan and rob, and the guest as well). So should we expect some pirate on ninja on superhero action? or just crazy fun-ness, and wahts up with the Panty Pirate? I can asume that she doesn't carry the ship around on her persons (what if she got mugged :P), so is there like a pirate cave with like other ships and vehicular fun or does it like fold up into her compact? either way it r0xors an I want one.
Lazy Eyes
The lazy eye comment is hilarious. And I immediately thought of Paris Hilton. Heheheh...

The amusing part is that Rob
The amusing part is that Rob took from life what I have said about pirates...only I would have said most of that in one full breath.

Well you are, after all, the
Well you are, after all, the inspiration for the wereferret (although you're smarter than she is and we'd never want to get rid of you).
:-D
BTW--Shan wanted to know if you'd mind if we put the icon I made for you on the downloadable icons page. I know I see you at least two or three times a week and could ask you then, but we both know how scattered I can be, and I'll forget, so I figured I'd better ask now.
Oh! And of course you know to count on us for your birthday on Thursday, right?
(It's pretty bad when I communicate with one of my closest friends more via forums, etcetera, than in person, especially when you live here in town and we hang out together every week. Sheesh! I'm becoming even more of a flake, aren't I? BTW, in case I didn't sy it earlier, thanks to you and Isaac for switching out cars for the day this last Friday.)
"What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls a butterfly."
Well of course you can add
Well of course you can add the icon the the downloads. Silly.
And you're welcome. When Isaac first said you switched cars I was so out of it that I thought he meant permantely. :P
