I do not quite get the "Wax
I do not quite get the "Wax on, Wax of" stuff kit says... is it just some of her rambling, or has it really a deeper meaning in english?
"Wax on, Wax off" is from a
"Wax on, Wax off" is from a popular (at least here in the states) 80s movie called The Karate Kid. The kid's teacher begins his training by having him do common household tasks that simulate martial arts movements. One of the exercises (which we later find out was to teach muscle-memory for a deflection block) he has the kid do is to wax the car--specifying that the kid must do so in a specific way.
"No, no! Like this! See? Wax on... wax off."
So basically, Kit is just making a reference to a very cheesy psuedo-martial arts-themed movie.
