Blue
Blue (superhero name Talon) is a panther (melanistic leopard)/ timberwolf hybrid. When different species interbreed in the world of Blue Crash Kit, they generally follow what we call "Disney genetics"-- the rule that males are of the father's species while females are of the mother's species. On rare occasions a crossbreed is born. Usually these crossbreeds inherit a random mix of characteristics from each parent, but every so often the new child gets the best of both worlds.
This is the case with Blue. While he looks mostly wolf and has a wolf's stamina, social skills, and keen sense of smell, he also possesses the retractible claws, balance (notice his catlike tail) and night vision of a panther.
Blue is good-natured, horrible with money, addicted to computers, the internet, roleplaying games (the paper, pencil and dice kind), rock music, and science fiction books and movies. He may someday get a job.
As Talon, Blue's powers include super strength, stamina, and agility. Small arms fire bounces off his skin (although it sometimes hurts), he regenerates damage quickly, and has enhanced senses. The leader of the group, Blue has not revealed the origin of his powers even to his mates, Crash and Kit.
Crash
Crash (superhero name Firecat) is another rarity (what--you thought superheroes were common?). Crash comes from a long line of crossbreeds, which is something like coming from a long line of triplets. Rare, but not unheard of. She is part tiger, part Scottish wildcat, part cheetah, and part speculation.
Crash is a computer whiz and craftsperson. She can write a UNIX shell script or design and craft a ring with equal facility, and in fact makes her living doing both. She is somewhat sarcastic and has a penchant for cutting remarks, but still cries at weddings and sad movies. Crash is the common sense of the group, and keeps Blue's agression and Kit's whimsey in line. She is into anime, video games, cinema, and crafts.
As Firecat, Crash's powers include flight, telekinesis (including a telekinetic shield), and pyrokinesis. Crash is completely at home in flight. She is difficult to hit, and her kinetic bolts and fireblasts seldom miss their marks. Crash is a mutant whose powers first manifested in her late teens.
Kit
Kit (superhero name Enigma) is an arctic fox.
Kit may be the most "normal" of the group as far as species, but is by far the quirkiest in personality. Even Blue and Crash aren't certain she is entirely sane. A college student, she is into comic books, manga, anime, video games, and art. Kit has a mischievous streak two miles wide. Her childlike demeanor often causes people to underestimate her, but she is smarter and tougher than many think. Kit has recently discovered some strange priestly-type powers and found that she has supposedly inherited the mantle of demonslayer from her ancestors.
As Enigma, Kit's powers include the ablity to shapeshift into living things to which she has had opportunity to attune herself, gaining their abilities in the process. Unfortunately everything she turns into has pink hilights. Her powers are believed to be mystical in origin. While perhaps the weakest member of the group in terms of raw power, she is the most stealthy and unpredictable.
Costars

Sarah
Sarah is, quite obviously, a lioness and a total babe.
Sarah, a doctor, is one of our heroes' two new neighbors. You may remember her from the January 6, 2005 strip. She is currently dating and living with Seth (below). She and Seth used to be neighbors, but got better acquainted when they helped each other survive the Turkzilla attack.
Seth
Seth is a rabbit.
Seth, the boyfriend of Sarah, is a total geek--in fact, he makes his living as a freelance web developer and inventor. He was also in the January 6, 2005 strip explaining to Blue that the line he was in went "just over to the pyramids."
Seth lives with Sarah, and the two have now had two homes destroyed by nemeses of Our Heroes.
Tizzy Dorkenheimer
Tizzy is a mouse.
A reporter for the local news, Tizzy has interviewed Talon, Firecat, and Enigma... er... we mean, The Pink Ninja, several times--most recently in the aftermath of the attack of Turkzilla.
Tizzy is writing a book about Our Heroes, but promised not to reveal their true identities.
Villains
Turkzilla
Turkzilla is a giant zombie turkey. Formerly a minion of Tom Curry (Tim Curry's evil twin), Turkzilla was destroyed by our heroes.
